Leigh Ridge
Director
Leigh has been working in the vocational education and training sector since 2001. He has managed educational programmes and is skilled in developing others through training, coaching and mentoring. He has worked with a number of Australian government registered training organisations (RTOs). Leigh has also worked with development programmes in Central Asia and the Pacific. Development programmes have included both Food Security and as a VET/TVET Educational Specialist (teaching and assessment) within various contexts.
Additionally, Leigh has over 30 years experience in the horticulture, agriculture, environmental management and international food security.

Kate Ridge
Senior Consultant
Kate has over 17 years experience working in the health care industry and the vocational education and training (VET/TVET) sectors. She is a registered nurse (RN) and is licensed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Kate has previously managed health care facilities and international health aid and development programmes. She has worked for both private and public registered training organisations (RTOs). She is experienced in working with stakeholders from government officials to ultra poor beneficiaries.
Kate's qualifications include:

Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
Bachelor of Nursing
Certificate IV Health (Nursing)
Certificate III in Business Administration.
Kate has worked with development programmes within Food Security and Health Care in Central Asia on a number of occasions.
